Booking Policy
In order to validate a booking, a deposit, equal to 30% of the total price of your stay, is required and cannot be less than one night’s rent.
- All payments are made exclusively in Euros.
- In case of email or telephone booking, you must deposit the appropriate amount to the indicated Ploumis Seaside Villas bank account, within 1 business day. You should state your name and duration of stay in your transaction.
- You are also charged for any bank transfer or currency conversion costs.
- From 1/1/2018, in accordance with Law 4514/2018, a stay tax will be charged, in addition to the room rate. The tax is €0.50 per night, charged to the client and is included in the reservation.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your reservation for any reason.
- If the cancellation is made at least 21 days before your arrival, you will be refunded in full.
- If the cancellation is made 20 days or less, before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
- In case of cancellation during the stay, you are obliged to pay 50% of the cost for the remainder of your booking.
Conditions of Stay
During your stay at Ploumis Seaside Villas you have the right to use the studio, the private courtyard and the shared courtyard.
- On arrival day, the studio is ready to welcome you at 14:00, unless otherwise agreed.
- On departure day, you must free the studio before 12:00. Departure day is not charged.
- If you wish to stay in the studio, on departure day, after 12:00 and until 18:00, you will be charged 50% of the overnight stay.
- The property has the right to cancel your reservation if there is no valid credit card information.
- If you wish to stay after 18:00, you will be charged the entire day.
- During their stay, tenants are responsible for any damage to the room (beyond normal wear and tear), whether by their willful or unintentional act or by negligence.
- Each tenant is responsible for their personal storage, valuables, money etc. throughout their stay. In all cases, the property is not responsible for any loss or damage.
- By making a reservation you agree that you are fully aware of our booking and cancellation policies.
- Ploumis Seaside Villas reserves the right to charge renters the cost of replacing any object removed without consent.
- You must comply with the Common Resting Hours (15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00).
- Any extra person (by the agreed number of people per studio ) is not allowed to stay overnight. However, there is the option of hosting an extra person for an extra charge of €10 per night.
- Each studio can accommodate 4 people. A child from 0-3 years old can also be accommodated, and we can provide you with an extra crib, free of charge, upon request.
- 3rd party rental of the studio is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed both in the studio and in the shared courtyard.
- Public Rest Hours: 15.00 – 17.30 & 23.00 – 07.00.
House Keeping
Cleaning of the accommodation takes place every two days, between 9:00 to 15:00. If the guest wishes for daily cleaning of the studio, they should contact the reception desk. A surcharge will be charged according to the Company’s pricelist.
Ploumis Seaside Villas reserves the right to change the prices quoted at www.ploumisvillas.gr at any time, without prior notice.
